Abstract

Green leadership is a leadership approach that promotes environmental sustainability while achieving organizational goals. Green leaders encourage eco-friendly practices, responsible resource management, and innovation to reduce environmental impact. They inspire employees and stakeholders to adopt sustainable behaviors that protect natural resources for future generations. Green leadership refers to the ability of leaders to integrate environmental concerns into business strategies, decision-making, and daily operations. It focuses on balancing economic growth with environmental conservation. Green leadership is a modern leadership approach that emphasizes environmental responsibility, sustainable development, and ethical decision-making while achieving organizational goals. It involves guiding individuals and organizations toward practices that minimize environmental harm, conserve natural resources, and create long-term value for society. Unlike traditional leadership, which often focuses primarily on financial performance, green leadership balances economic success with environmental protection and social responsibility.
