In the digital era, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has revolutionized library services by enabling access to e-resources and online information delivery. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when physical libraries remained closed, digital library services such as e-books, e-journals, e-magazines, e-theses and e-databases played a vital role in meeting the academic needs of users. This paper examines user satisfaction and usability of digital library services at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Library (BRAL), Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar. A survey method was adopted, involving 50 respondents from faculty, research scholars and students. Findings show that users are generally satisfied with the infrastructure, internet facility, seating and digital resources, though challenges remain regarding guidance, printing facilities, hardware/software failures and adequacy of e-resources. The study emphasizes the importance of user feedback for improving digital services and suggests recommendations for enhancing the efficiency, accessibility and user-centricity of library e-services.
