Abstract

An overview of the ways in which artificial intelligence and robots interact dynamically and affect organizational
and economic dynamics. Artificial intelligence (AI) in robotics aims to improve automation by building an
intelligent environment. Robots are taught using computer vision, reinforcement learning, and intelligent
programming to perform tasks in dynamic environments and make decisions that are comparable to those of
humans. We examine the emerging fields of economics and management research that are exploring the complex
effects of these cutting-edge technologies. We offer insight into the effects of automation, robotics, and artificial
intelligence on business strategy and organizational design by utilizing a variety of study methodologies.
Organizational and strategy researchers should pay more attention to and participate in these areas and outline
promising avenues for future research endeavours.
