Archiving Policy
The International Journal of Engineering, Science and Humanities (IJESH) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. Ensuring that scholarly work remains permanently available to researchers, institutions, and the wider academic community is a core part of our publishing philosophy.
Digital Preservation
- All published articles are assigned a unique identifier (DOI or ISSN reference) to guarantee permanent access and citation.
- The journal maintains a secure digital archive of all issues on its official website, ensuring continuous availability without interruption.
- Backup copies of all published content are stored in multiple formats and servers to prevent data loss.
Repository & Self-Archiving
- Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the final published PDF of their article in:
- Institutional repositories
- Personal academic websites
- Public repositories (such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu, or similar)
- Proper citation of the original publication in IJESH must always be included.
Indexing & External Preservation
IJESH actively works towards inclusion in recognized indexing and archiving databases to strengthen long-term accessibility. The journal may also collaborate with digital preservation services and archiving initiatives to safeguard published material.
Policy Commitment
By ensuring permanent online availability of all content, IJESH safeguards the scholarly record, enabling researchers worldwide to access, use, and cite articles without barriers, both now and in the future.
