Submission Guidelines

The International Journal of Engineering, Science and Humanities (IJESH) welcomes original, high-quality manuscripts that contribute to research and development in engineering, science, technology, and humanities. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below before submitting their work.

  1. Types of Submissions

IJESH accepts:

  • Research Papers
  • Review Papers
  • Survey Papers
  • Case Studies
  • Technical Notes
  • Tutorial Papers
  • Discussion Papers
  1. Language and Formatting
  • Manuscripts must be written in English with correct grammar and clear expression.
  • Use Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 line spacing.
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
  • Headings and subheadings should be clearly defined.
  • All figures and tables must be numbered, titled, and placed within the text at appropriate positions.
  1. Structure of the Paper
  • Title Page: Title, Author(s) name(s), Affiliation(s), and Contact Email.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words, summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.
  • Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords.
  • Main Text: Introduction, Literature Review (if applicable), Methodology, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
  • References: Must follow a standard citation style (APA/MLA/IEEE/Harvard – specify journal’s choice).
  1. Originality and Ethics
  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors must properly cite all references and avoid plagiarism.
  • Ethical approval must be obtained where research involves human/animal subjects.
  1. Submission Process
  • Manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format via the official journal email or online submission system (if available).
  • Along with the manuscript, authors should submit a cover letter stating the novelty and significance of the work.
  1. Review and Decision
  • All papers undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript as per reviewer feedback.
  • The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
